So I didn't take this post seriously at first .. But! There is one position I haven't ever tried yet that I think is super hot. Aside from the hygeine concerns- both fluid transfer and the way that alternating like that would greatly increase the risk of condom breakage- that alternating thrusts idea just sounds painful.
