Canada-man, I need an update. My T.V, radio and smart phone aren't working. Nor can I find anything on the internet regarding this.

People getting around the GTA could face a messy commute today as a Colorado low moves into the province, bringing snow, ice pellets and freezing rain.
Toronto and most of southern Ontario currently sit under a winter storm warning from Environment Canada.
“Snow at times heavy will begin this morning. Strong easterly winds gusting near 70 km/h will result in sudden and significantly reduced visibility due to blowing snow,” the agency said in its warning. “Stronger wind gusts near 80 km/h are also possible near the shores of Lake Ontario this morning.”
The agency said some parts of the GTA could receive between 15 and 25 centimetres of snow and advised that people postpone non-essential travel if possible.
“Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve,” the warning said. “There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic in urban areas. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.”
Visibility is expected to improve in the afternoon as the precipitation changes to a mix of snow and ice pellets.
There is also a risk of freezing rain later this afternoon, Environment Canada said.
An extreme cold weather alert also remains in effect for the City of Toronto. While a high of 0 C is expected today, a wind chill of -19 expected this morning.
The storm has prompted a number of school bus cancellations around the region this morning.
The storm has also prompted the closure of a number of University campuses:
· The University of Toronto - Mississauga is closed.
· York University is closed and all university operations suspended. Classes scheduled for today are cancelled and exams postponed.
· Ryerson University is closed today.
· All Humber College campuses and the University of Guelph-Humber are closed today
· Seneca College is closed
· Centennial College is closed, as are the college’s child care centres
· George Brown College is closed
