Found this Russian Film just recently, "White Tiger".
This scene showing the German surrender is quite remarkable. When the German delegation walked into that room full of furious Russian soldiers you could just feel the hatred right through the screen. The Russian were there waiting for them. The master race has been completely and undeniably vanquished by the inferior Russians. Oh the irony. The Germans are told to wait outside until the appointed time and they obey. Then they are told where to sit. The Russians didn't say a word, didn't stand, didn't acknowledge the presence of the Germans. You could feel that the Russians just wanted to tear the Germans to pieces with their bare hands. Only Zuhkov speaks and it's direct, to the point and not a word that might be misconstrued.
The guy who plays Zuhkov just commands this scene.
Very powerful.
