Gotta figure that all the portable toilets in and around the parade route would be 'uni-gender', otherwise it could be a nightmare trying to navigate through a maze of port-o-potties looking for the one with your symbol on the door. If you did find it, chances are that it would already be occupied by two or more guys engaged in a congressional act of some sort. It would probably be easier to just do your business out in the open, on top of someone who likes that sort of stuff.

The criminal code says public nudity is illegal unless there’s a lawful reason. Does that mean the parade is a lawful reason? Forgive my ignorance but is that in public record?

My favourite moment at the parade (the last time I went which was like 15 years ago), a group was STILL chanting/yelling/bull-horning “We’re here, we’re queer! Get used to it!!!”… I was like “dude we are used to it… you have a parade, a flag, a month… soooo yeah… totally used to it!!”

Here is typical mainstream media hypocrisy.
If white kids were doing this there would be nationwide news coverage, and a huge public outcry.

The ever growing LGTBQ+++123%*$$$# flag is just a marketing ploy to sell more merchandise.
The fact that they co-opted the rainbow was bad enough now that anything with a rainbow on it is seen as a gay political affiliated symbol.
But given that they had the rainbow flag... it was inclusive to everyone. Constantly changing it with new colours and symbols and more letters in the alphabet soup is rudimentary capitalism. It has nothing to do with pride, equality, and inclusivity.
What was once a noble cause has been subverted into outlandish performative virtue signalling for the almighty dollar. Same thing with BLM.
