New handle but not new here...but it's been a while. My old handle was trouble321. It's been a few years and I don't have the email anymore that I used to register/reset a password.

Anyways - I've had some significant life changes in the last few months and I'm wondering if anyone has experience/connections to a private lender. Income etc is not a concern...I need to get past a short-term issue and understand the cost of doing business.

I've done some private lending through a mortgage broker, so you could try that route.
Even if you don't have real estate for collateral, they might be able to connect you with someone with a high risk tolerance.
