Problems accessing the site

Just a note to the tech admin, I was getting an Apache error page yesterday when I tried to access TERB. I asked several other friends to try. One other person also had problems although most didn't. It might have been a problem on the net, as earlier this morning, we had problems accessing other sites.

I figured I got kicked off again! After all, I seemed to recall expressing an opinion recently -- and that usually does it.

The problem was due to a script we installed to block malicious traffic originating from Asia. Some of the network ranges to be blocked were not properly defined.
We have modified the script in light of the problems some of you were experiencing yesterday.
