It was a few months ago in another thread. I'm sure you can search the board for "trump accomplishments and you will find it.
But here it is again...I think it's a fair assessment.

Hmm. I honestly don't recall seeing this on TERB, but I do recall reading it back in 2020.
It is interesting to look at this, because the writer points out what is true, and gives credit as well. So, for example, the Flint water rescue, both Trump and Obama get credit.
And, elsewhere on the list, the Biden administration can rightfully claim they've surpassed Trump (i.e., stock market highs, wage growth, lowest unemployment rate, lifting people out of poverty etc.).
Now, the bottom line is, I am wrong: Trump did do some things that helped the average American. But, it is also true that the wealthy and business owners probably benefited more. I'm not trying to move goalposts, but if you look at the tax breaks they got, that likely helped the rich significantly more than the middle class.
I would also point out, as I had earlier, that Trump failed to pass a lot of the stuff he wanted, which does show he is ineffectual. He wanted to repeal the ACA, didn't happen. He wanted to pass an infrastructure bill. Didn't happen. He wanted to build a wall, and only a small portion ever got done. And only the infrastructure bill would have likely helped the average person (because, let's face it, roads and bridges need to be maintained, building more EV chargers is going to be important, and expanding internet coverage to rural areas is also important).
