Your sperm will be full of blood. Since you get 12 needlehole into your prostate just give it time to recovery. 1-2 weeks mimimum. Take your antibiotics that's it.
Um. I think what the OP is asking, considering the location of the biopsy and his statement about bdsm, is when would it be ok to have something shoved up his ass again.
Personally I would ask your doctor and not this bunch about when your ass Is good to go. But just for the hell of it give it two weeks to be sure.

Iris knows whatof she speaks. So do I. A condom full of blood is not pretty. Two weeks and you should be good to go, but you might want to test it first.

If you need to have it done again, try to get an MRI directed biopsy. Instead of a random 12 needle cross section across your prostate, the MRI is used to direct the needle(s) towards a detected tumour or nodule. The false positive and false negative rates from traditional biopsies are quite high, as the needles can either miss a malignant nodule, or detect a cancerous nodule that is not going to cause any problem before something else gets you in your later years. I don't know about Toronto, but you can have an MRI directed biopsy done in Montreal for $800 at a [semi] private clinic.
