pvr download help

i did a search under 'pvr' in this forum and found nothing - so i'm starting a new thread - apologies if this has been covered...

need to d/l some items from my rogers 8300 pvr

i can't open it and remove the hd, and i don't want to record to vcr (programs are recorded in HD - would prefer to maintain as high a resolution as possible)

can someone advise how i can accomplish this?

I've used a Haupage PVR recorder for what you are describing. I burn the program/show to a DVD and go from there.
