You're under a misapprehension: Googlke is about selling our eyeballs to advertisers. If WikiLeaks would help them, they'd likely do it.

Mind you, they also have a motto, "Don't be evil"; opinions may differ about WL's evilness, but it also may be a factor.

But "openness and freedom" have nothing to do with it.

Just money.

Google, like Apple, is ALL ABOUT making a buck any which way they can. Perhaps they just have not as yet figured out a way to make a fast buck off Wikileaks...

Likely because a great many governments are very displeased with Wikileaks most companies don't want to have to defend themselves against legal action associated with other's stupidity.

Further, a great many people see it as the illegal possession and distribution of stolen classified government documents the release of which have already caused great harm.
