So, what is it like? I would assume a hotel would be easier, is that true? How about condos, is there security? Or does front desk for both ask any questions? If so, what do you say? Who are you there for?

I wouldn't say a hotel is easier.
Depends entirely on what the front desk is like.
I have found condos easier, personally, just ring a bell like you're visiting someone.

You’ll be told by the agency who you’re “visiting” should security ask - if the incall is in a building with security that asks such questions.

Hotels - where you can fade in with the crowd in the lobby.

I hate condos where they have to buzz you you. One even had a loudspeaker to announce: "Mr. Brad Pitt is here to see you!"

what makes hotels less easier?
Some hotels require a room key to access the elevator, therefor the lady has to come down to lobby to get you.
Others lock exterior doors after a certain time(usually 11pm) and you need to show a room key to gain entry.

Numerically condos are more common. They have an unlimited supply of clean towels and the bathrooms are larger! However, independents seem to use hotels more. I feel safer in a hotel because it's public, I don't care about common area cameras (safer if something goes wrong), I also like to stop and use the hotel lobby restroom before meeting the girl, and with hotel rooms it's easier to make sure there is only one other person in the room with you. Both work out with professional agencies.
