Quite cool although it is almost on the equator due to its elevation 2,800 meters) 9,350 feet) the old city (Spanish Colonial Period) is a U.N. World Heritage Site. Have never hobbied there.
I was there....they have Strip Clubs, called "CHONGOS", and they are equipped with rooms....for "Habitacion". The cost is only $20, and INCLUDES FS with the lady you choose. It was offerred on the Coast for $10. They can be pretty sterile, and bleak...sort of an "all business" approach, but I let them know a "Propina" (a tip) was being provided....so slow down, laugh a little, and relax a bit. ...It was fun to partake ...and I did visit3 times. One gal was a real cutie, and a great time, and in fact a few days later, she saw me at the beach and chased me down to chat and tell me she was working that night ;-). You can google this...and there are videos on YOUTUBE
Quito itself is great..."The Mariscal" is a great party area, restaurants and bars for fun nightlife...The Centro Historico is amazing...Iambecha Park is beautiful....dont miss "The Teleferico" ...on a clear day the view is incredible.
The air is thinner, and you can feel it...walking up a hill etc.

I might go soon for a week or two & would love an update. Do the escorts there use websites like twitter or facebook? Is there a tinder or similar website for dating pros or even regular ladies?

There are some long posts by someone who goes by the handler Frankfurt.
Read those posts carefully, as they likely have very good information.
He is one of “us”, so to speak and he has done some good Montreal reviews.
The ISG South America forums are full of posters who think that sex should never cost more than $25 and that anyone who doesn’t speak fluent Spanish should be driven off because they might overpay.
So you need to be careful of whose posts you read, but the Quito thread is not as full of cheap Charlie’s and mentally ill folks as other ISG threads for South American destinations.

Ecuador is a gorgeous country. I was in Colombia twice and i enjoyed it- but I don't want to go back.
I'd love to go back to Ecuador. It's full of mountains, lakes, jungles, old architecture as well as big cities. I loved it - I thought it was beautiful, adventurous, and mysterious.
One thing it isn't is a destination for mongering. That's not necessarily a bad thing.
For sure there is mongering in Ecuador but it's not so out in the open as in other places.
Note that I don't go to places exclusively for mongering.
I was only in Quito; and not for long. About 5 days.
I didn't go to any strip clubs, brothels, or massage parlours. I found them to be all out of the way and a risky walk - i.e. I'd have to walk down this dark street for a few blocks, or take a taxi to this not good area of town where everything outside is closed at night. I maybe could have gone during the day but my schedule never gave me time. I used one agency that was reliable, the girl was like in the pictures and arrived on time. They're called 'Novias de Alquilar' - 'Girlfriends for Rent" Lol. They sent me someone for 1.5hrs and she was a lot of fun! If I went back I'd used them again. PM me and I'll send their #...
If you google 'Prepagos Quito' or 'Escorts Quito' you'll find all kinds of websites. Advice if you do that: if the pictures look professional and too good to be true - they probably are. Likewise if they're selfie shots from a cellphone, it's probably real. I always (in these countries anyway) recommend meeting an escort in a public place and that way you can walk if something seems off... Which is what I did. Again - I only saw this one girl.
I went to the party area of Quito, as well as some more upscale/financial areas for tourism. I didn't see any hookers hanign out in any of those places. Whatever I found through ISG or google in those areas seemed to close very early - around 19:00. Whatever didn't close early was not located in a good area. Some people on ISG seem way more adventurous than I am lol.
Note that the Latino world - prostitution is no exception - runs on Whatsapp. You absolutely need it if travelling and mongering there.
I'd absolutely recommend it as a place for travel. More than Colombia even. It's just not a mongering destination. On another note - Ecuadorians (& most Latinos as well) are super open and friendly - if you're friendly, and confident, don't be shy to approach them and ask for a date - you might get lucky!
