I know this is silly but I guess I'm just a petty guy.
I called one of the agency and asked one question about their ongoing promotion and the availability of one of their SPs. To the first question, he gave me a condescending answer and to the other, he didn't know the answer. Ok, it might have been a stupid/silly question (I didn't think it was) but nonetheless, shouldn't he try to be nice and polite since I'm a potential customer and I get a good impression of the agency? And why do they even bother having an option to ask about booking questions if he only knows about their availability for the next day but nothing further? I can see on their ad who's available the next day. I need to know who's available over the weekend. Overall, I felt that he didn't provide any good customer service so I will not use this agency. Also, they never answer their PMs. Why don't they write in their ad: "we will not answer your PMs so don't waste your time."
