Ok, the Raptors are now 3 games above 500. We are leading the Atlantic division by several games. Bosh is starting in the All Star game. Barganani and Garbajosa are playing great together. Ford and Calderone are probably the best back court combo in the league. And Sam Mitchell is finally smiling.
Last time the Lakers were in town Kobe scored 81 points. This time around, he is getting booed everytime he touches the ball. Lots has changed since this time last year, and only good things are expected from this squad. Colangelo has done an amazing job, and is now not only looking at making the playoffs, but trying to make a run for the championships as well.

That game was way closer than it should have been. When the Raps were up by 10 or 11 I thought it was time to bust out the salami & cheese, but the Lakers made it close.
If they lost that one, would have been a real tough one to swallow.

You're right, they should have put it away when they were up by 11 in the fourth with a few minutes left, but the fact that the Raptors did not fold when the Lakers came back and actually took the lead, showed a lot of character for the Raptors. They fought back and took control again, that they've not done in a long, long time. Good for them.the_big_E said:
