While we're at it, let's add pigeons to the list. People who don't have a life go to the park to feed pigeons.

This is not news to me. I'm sure we've had the most rats of any Canadian city for years. We are the biggest city after all.

Let some of the ethnic groups trap and eat them. I see videos on youtube were East Indians eat them and also the Vietnamese , Chinese and that whole area eat them too. They'll save the money on meat and get rid of these buggers. .
