Good luck. Gerald's site is good but I have to say that hobbying in London is quite a pain in the ass. I think that there is a supply issue and that basic residential demand meets it meaning it is very difficult for outsiders to make same day bookings and avoid planning. Spur of the moment purchases are pretty tough. For instance, many of the ladies strictly deal in PM's or e-mails and don't have advertised phones.

Also, be forewarned that many of the girls seem quirkish in that they don't really go out of their way for service. GFE and PSE do not mean the same in London as in T-Dot.

As long as you keep these things in mind and lower expectations accordingly, you should still find some great gals to kill your spare time comfortably. It's not terrible in London, just more work IMHO.
