I doubt it could improve the sex for you. I don't see the benefit of lasting longer if I didn't get the sensations I want, besides lasting is 90% a psychological thing.
I do imagine that rolling down a condom whould be easier, at least for the first half, although if you have a wide and fleshy shaft, it'll still run into traction problems once you get to that part.

The thing about circumcision is that it is on the way out, today I think only about 30% of babies in Toronto are circumcized. I am not, because my parents were hippies, where 90% of the guys my age are. But it will become more and more associated with being old.
