That is logical, but may not always necessarily be true. I personally know a really wonderful young lady who had a film taken of her and it was supposed to be destroyed but the person (and I use the term "person" lightly) attempted to market the film without her permission.

Sometimes things can end up on the web without people's knowledge or permission (look at the film calloway found of me - kidding) :p RJ knew it was being filmed, but again may or may not have agreed to it being on the web. Or may have known it was on the web but was never paid. This is getting too complex!
