There's nothing in Regina on any level... especially in the winter. Stay in your room and enjoy a good movie. It's brutal there.

The only real tourist attraction is the RCMP campus... there's a museum and stuff... or if you have a little time to travel... head over to Saskatoon and visit http://www.sydneysparlour.com/

The casino there in downtown Regina is reasonable (I lived in Saskatoon for a few years), although not big, but most of the key stuff are there. Regarding hobbying, I was a teen when I was in Saskatchewan, so I haven't started hobbying yet. But from what I learned, there are some cheap, as in price, Aboriginal SPs out there in Saskatoon, I also had a few drinking friends, no close friends, who knows a few Caucasian SP, although they looked unattractive to me... But that's Saskatoon, don't know about Regina... However, since there's a Casino, I assume sex workers, drug dealers are out there. In a Chinese saying, It's hookers, casino and drugs, they always comes in a package. If you really look around, I am sure you can find something there. Cuz in my personal observation, with no offence to the aboriginal ppl, I find that they gamble regualarly, drink a lot, drug abuse etc... There goes the right setting for making certain types of SPs.

There are few Native SP trying pass themself off as Asians. Dry cold aren't too bad. They and Winnipeg have few courses you can play year-round.

Regina in fact has being booming over the past few years, and has changed a bit. That said, night life ain't as colourful as in YYZ. The Casino is still worth visiting IMO, used to be a train station, not huge but decent. It's in DT, a bit north of town centre.
Last time I was there was a year and a half ago ; usually had to stay near Glen Cairn, about 10 min east of downtown, where you'll find malls and new constructions going on. Had some great time at a local bar there, maybe you should consider that option, you may get lucky. Then again depends on how cold it will be during your stay ...
Never bothered to check out local talents as my one and only Regina mongering experience was way too uneventful back then.
There's no RERB, enough said.
BTW you can pick up RCMP souvenirs at the departing lounge at the airport's upper level, so not a big deal if you miss the museum.
