That premise assumes in all cases all men are rapists. It presumes guilt due to gender bias. It assumes in this case every man in that room would have gone along with physically harming her, by default.
It assumes a woman is incapable of consent under those circumstances, because it presumes , by default, she is always going to be intimidated at some point but not capable of expressing it. And that all men will automatically be presumed predisposed to raping her.
It presumes women, by default, should be considered unwilling participants in sex, before, during and after, no matter what. And that men are always presumed guilty, and must prove their innocence.
Like I said, I am amazed these Patriarchal notions that women are not capable of making and taking responsibility for bad decisions still exist.
