Reverse Phone Listings

Is there a directory that identifies names or addresses by phone number? I seem to recall "they" used to publish a reverse phone book, way back when, but the online versions available today all want to charge for the service. The number I'm looking for comes up as a non-listed number, on canada411.

I don't want to call the number I'm looking for from my home phone #. Will do it from a pay phone or at work, next week, if need be.

411.ca gives you reverse lookup of listed numbers only

Unlisted numbers cannot be obtained from any reverse lookup search engine

They have since corrected it but canada 411 used to list unpublished numbers as well.....

Intelluis is only for when you need to find that hard to find Cell listing or unlisted number then the price is worth it
there are several who will give reverse listing for Free
You should try them all if you don't find the number try another
Several will show unlisted numbers. Remember when you put your unlisted number on a gas bill or public utility like a tax record, it becomes a record that can be looked up by almost anyone. This is how unlisted numbers get listed. The phone record companies get used more often when they can find more numbers so they search hard for every number they can find and they don’t care if it is unlisted – Unlisted only means you asked the phone company not to publish it. That does not mean someone else can’t if they find it. Think about this when you give you number to the town for there records If you want to be unlisted do not give your number to Public entities. You can even search public records your self to find these numbers it is interesting what you will learn from this.

Does this means that someone in the sex business can use Intelius to look up your cell number? What info is gleamed? Your name, home address, SIN number, etc.? Can you also use Intelius to look up the cell number of someone in the sex business?

Not through that system. But if someone wants to and has the right connections.....

Did you ever give your SIN number when applying for a credit card, phone, or loan? How about when you rented your apartment? How about the one before that?


Gee I wonder.... # = name and address. Address = loan or rental agreament. Wonder if the kids in your buildings rental office can be bribed or tricked. Nahhhhh no way to get you SIN.

And the people at the phone billing office are never going to do favours for people. So you are safe.

If you are nervous get a pay as you go phone in your dog's name.
