As for providing a service level like in my videos it's a work in progress I hope my future clients and some repeats will understand that I do want to provide the best I can and to go easy on me in reviews and other feedbacks. The feedback emails I have gotten from clients have been really taken into a big consideration even here in Montreal there is so much I have to relearn about launching my new websites and also rolls into launching my business as an independent.

Just exactly what did Andy do to you riley? I have heard complaints from other girls I work with about Andy. Who I will not mention. Andy and other agencies are trying to be nicer now cuz lots of girls leaving agencies to become indys due to the recession prices.

Somtimes people just work better independently. They are a great bunch of girls. Soem personalities are stronger then others, but they are great I quickly learned I work better alone. my experience with agencies was more complex so that needed to be expressed.
and BTW - I wonder if Noir knows that changing management does not change or stop the problems just puts it under a different rug.
