Corporate support of iOS and the iPad has increased dramatically - the firm where I work used to take a very dim view of iPhones (and BB for that matter) now they fully support them and have VPN access for all iOS devices and employee apps.I was amazed at how many companies were flogging Oracle BI tools meant to run on the iPad at Oracle Openworld this year. A bit gimmicky but nice to look at.

Good email management is the only thing I miss when I switched from BB to iPhone.
I would agree, they're bashing Apple's "there's an app for that" approach because they know they will never have a competitive app offering.... I think it's a weak strategy - but then I think RIM is about as relevant as the local video rental store....The whole web app angle RIM is going for is silly.
I remember when Apple announced the original iPhone and said they would only allow web apps to run on it. Dead silence from the crowd in attendance and a lot of criticism about the decision online.
Holy shit. I get about 50 or so and I find its such a chore on the iPhone.200-250 a day
