In my early teens I made quite a leap. I used to watch the Partridge Family and became quite addicted to it. At 67, again dementia/Alhzeimer's took its toll quick. If David Cassidy had been +75 he would have lived on for a few more years. Sad to hear, RIP.

As for that leap, I heard Black Sabbath for the first time - and it scared the shit out of me!

RIP, he was quite the teen heart throb. I too was a big fan of The Partridge Family as a young lad.

I spoke to my older cousin about the night my life changed - he told me it was a joke.

Maybe it explains a lot. I went from the wholesome Partridge Family to this...after shitting my pants of course.

In spite of that traumatic night, I still look back on The Partridge Family with fondness.

A few years later, I knew my childhood was over permanently when I watched Elmer Gantry and got a hard on.

Shirley Jones was hot, was still attractive during the Partridge family run.

Susan Day was just the cutest/prettiest thing on TV back then. It seems that girls were prettier back then, probably because they were all natural, no bolt ons, no botox...etc.

Full natural bush and more girls had puffies.

Was Shirley Jones David Cassidy's real mother?

RIP David Cassidy. Addictions I think got to the better of him, if not exacerbated a pre-disposition to dementia. I had fond memories of that era.

David's birth mom was actress/singer Evelyn Ward, she also died of dementia, in 2012.
