The third pillar of Canadian culture has passed away, Tommy Hunter "The Country Gentleman" was 89. The other two were Gordon Lightfoot and Don Harron, the only one left is The Great Shat.

RIP, loved watching him on IIRC Sunday nights, loved his theme song!

Growing up, his show was a weekly staple - along with HNIC - even when we didn't want to watch it, since there was only 1 TV in the house. RIP Tommy.
