Never understood the hate for In Through the Out Door, imho it's extraordinary. JP Jones picking up his messed up band mates. In July 1977, I was going to Detroit to watch LZ live, the show was cancelled. Robert Plant's son Karac had died, it left him destroyed. Due to his commitment, Plant never properly grieved. Had he not had a session with JP Jones that brough about this song, he may have taken his own life.
