First their cellphone network crashes!! Went to buy gas yesterday using my Rogers master card stuck the card in the machine and my pin was declined. Called them up this morning and they told me the vendor's card reader probably hadn't been updated. Your pin isn't blocked. Went to use the card this evening and as soon as I put in the machine it said incorrect pin.Called them again this evening, for credit card press 9. Welcome to Fido. Redialed got through to someone, oh your pin has been blocked, wtf!!! They had a problem with the chips on their cards 3 years ago, took them 6 months to sort out the issue.Can they get anything right!!! I'm in the midst of moving don't need the aggravation of sourcing another card right now.

I just started a 2 Year Agreement with Fido right before the network crash....I could have returned my device within 30 days under Buyers Remorse and walked, but talked their Customer Service into giving me some Bonus Data
I've been with Rogers forever so I'm not on a contract. I've only received one bill under the new pricing regime which is a mix of the old and new rates but it looks like a 20% discount. Just to be clear, I am talking cable TV.
Never have an issue with my Rogers Mastercard. Have had it since the beginning. Great way to get a little extra discount on the bills when applying cash back to them.
