on your girlfriend
Have bought about 100 coffee's by now, and have not won a freaking thing. Shit.

McDonalds coffee is better anyways, and for the past few weeks, the price was better as well.

Hopefully on Your Cock
I won a GPS a couple years ago.. I nearly threw out the cup because the win didn't register right away since like everyone else I was so used to loosing. I don't drive and never should so I sold the cup for like $60, better deal for me I think!

21 yrs ago... Back when Mrs CG and I were just dating, I would always buy her a coffee in the morning... She worked a cosmetics Kiosk in the Mall out front of my store... So we would share a few sips and flirt with each other and then I would go into my store and leave her to do her thing... About 30 minutes later I here an ecstatic scream coming from her direction... I look out into the Mall and there is the future Mrs. CG holding her cup with a big grin on her face! She had just rolled up her rim to discover that she had won a TV! I tried to make an argument (kidding of course) that since I paid for the coffee... it was MY TV! LOL! Of course she didn't buy into my lame attempt... and she really showed her appreciation for the prize later that evening!

In the end, I got the TV back when I married her a few years later... and that same TV is still going strong and is in one my kid's rooms presently! LOL

I don't play roll up the rim anymore, as I can't stand waiting in line for 20 minutes for a coffee, (I make my own both at home and at the office...) but I have heard many people complain that the frequency in which a winning cup is found is far less than it used to be.

Well what you got to do is print off a winner sticker on your computer and try and pass it off as genuine....hahaha.....some genius out in B.C. tried and failed a year or so ago it seems.

I won a little point and shoot $50 camera twenty years ago, nothing since. I drink the steeped tea myself vs. the coffee.

just go to a grocery store and buy a can of coffee, sugar , and milk or cream, buy a coffee maker for around 25 dollars @ wallmart and save your money(1.50X2 =$3/dayX365 days=1095 dollars) WOW!!!!!!!!!!

I used this exact same argument with one of my employees... you know the type, always complaining he doesn't have enough $$$.
(He's the same guy that blows $10 a week on lottery tickets too... and BUYS his lunch @ some FF restaurant pretty much every day...)

CG getting a TV for your blow-up doll is too bizarre EVEN for me.

I haven't bought a coffee at a FF outlet since I got my coffee grinder. On weekends, I'll pour myself a large mug and flavour it with Bailey's Irish Cream (no sugar required). Now that's a great cup of joe!

Stay thirsty my friends...even you CG.

I rarely buy Tim Horton's anyways. Coffee grinder, coffee maker, why bother with Tim Horton's? I know people who buy at least four coffees daily, and never win anything. So, judging by them, I'd say the prizes are getting less frequent. I don't notice. I buy one cup a month, and that's a very high estimate. I've won a few free coffees and that's it.

Huh???

Here's another guy that gets it! Can't BUY a coffee better than you can make one yourself.

I call that "campin" coffee! Started doing this since the first time we went camping... YEARS ago. Back in the day I was still using cream and sugar, but I forgot to pack sugar... so I tried a lil Baileys! Its also good with a shot of Amaretto, or creme de cacao, or Kahlua etc...

Having free 2-3 small "double-double" at McDonalds daily for 2 weeks earlier this month made me feel like getting high and intimate to your popular SP/MPA for 6 months IMHO!

McDonalds coffee proved superior compared to Timmy's in a blind test, something I feel vindicated after repeatedly "bad-mouthing" the quality of Timmy's coffee and praising McDonalds new coffee with my friends and cousins since 2007 if I could recall.

Simply put, Timmy's lost its way and IMHO it's a big ripped off in terms of Roll up the Rim to Win promotion and the quality of the coffee.

Having Mastercard paypass as one of the payment options does not entice me to patron Timmy's since I could do the same thing at McDonalds. Plus I could use American Express to pay for the coffee at McDonalds.....

Meanwhile, Starbucks beats Timmy's and McDonalds decisively in terms of ridiculous price proposition.

Still, I am "patriotic" enough not to sell short Timmy's share while buying long on the same amount on McDonalds shares simultaneously. Instead of making a big capital gain, I blew it on hobbying....

Not so sure I could beat that but here's what I did when there's no free coffee at workplace, or no free coffee promotion at McDonalds

-Get a large (12-cups) PC coffee maker on sale 50% off (around $20 or so) at the Superstore free by redeeming PC Points
-Buy Maxwell House coffee (925g) 100% Arabian Dark Roast on sale at No Frills/Superstore/Loblaws, around $4.98
-Buy 5% half & half cream (1L) at Costco, around $2.59
-abundance of sugar supply that I bought in bulk during sales, before 9/11
-100 No Name coffee filters at No Frills, maybe less than $3.

BTW, $1095 could afford you to go to an incall for an hour for 4 months on average.....

If I have female company at home I'll serve her coffee with Tequila Rose (strawberry cream liquor), they seem to really enjoy it and it's deceptively strong.

And don't play coy CG, we all know that Mrs. CG is a figment of your imagination and your lung capacity.

Yep... she does... (and how else would I know what Tequila Rose was... LOL!)

Another disbeliever... **sigh**

Don't go into Tim Hortons expecting to win anything. That way you won't be disappointed when you lose. But when you win you'll be surprised.

And by paying close attention you will notice a few pics here and there
