Have any of you used this, and/or known anybody who has? Does it work?

As some of you know, I plan on Moving to San Diego at the end of the summer. Spanish will be important to know, so I was "told" to start learning it. People have told me this is the next best thing to total immersion.

Any thoughts?

I've used it before and it is a really good system. You should definitely check it out. Its much less boring than going to class or following a textbook - you just jump right into things watching videos and matching pictures to words and it seems easy at first but before you know it, you're speaking phrases and learning quickly.

I also really liked that it makes use of the mic on your computer and identifies when your pronunciation is off. It is a very expensive piece of software to actually buy but can be easily found online ... feel free to PM if you need help.
