Knowingly infecting someone with a contagious, incurable and deadly disease should have punishment of a first degree murder charge, not assault.

HIV tests should be mandatory for everyone in Canada in order to get their free health care, same with other costly diseases, like cancer tests at appropriate ages.

If you have a contagious, incurable and deadly disease then that information should be made public. The value of the person you infect and murder, trumps your privacy.
