Rules for live in nanny

Last time I asked the forum for bed size for live in nanny, it created quite a discussion, thanks for all the feedback, I ended up with a double bed for her.

I know it is probably a good idea to set rules for her when she gets here, and I am looking for a comprehensive guideline. Kinda like a checklist for me to consider all the issues that I should consider. Anybody know of a good website that I can download a checklist or guide for setting these rules?

I do not remember if you have a contract for her already There is a very basic contract on the site that you could start from. It identifies $$, rooms, some duties, etc. Not great but provides a foundation of understanding.

Once you do have a checklist, make sure that she reads it BEFORE she signs the employment contract and leaving the Philipines...just to be fair to her so that she knows about Topless Tuesdays....
