Not one of them has ever suddenly caught Covid and changed their stance

Then explain why (as an example) they insist on closing Canada Wonderland? Or the Toronto Zoo? Or Distillery District? (DD even insisted on mandatory outdoor masks) Or the open air Farmers Market? Also as per bylaw ALL outdoor concert venues?
