Sayings you hate or do not understand

"If you don't vote, you don't have a right to criticize". Whether I vote or not, I can criticize the people in charge, I help pay for them. Actually, I think it should be "If you don't pay taxes, you don't have a right to criticize".
Ya, that one bugs me too! But the one I hate the most?

"vanna dance?" :D

I hate when I hear the word minute replace saying in a long time or in years. Ex: Someone who you havent seen in a long time comes up to you and says "How you doing I havent seen you in a minute." Sorry but if that were true I would of only just walked acrossed the room and back.

When someone says “it begs the question” and they have no idea what it means. seems to be the case approximately 100% of the time.

How about Americans with their demolition of the english language?

Example: "ahhmm fixin' to fix dinner"

Why? It is "broke". (Broke instead of broken)

Or... "That car wrecked"

or... "I'm going to go ahead and move forward."

And the best one is "Y'all"
Ruff instead of roof.

R-out instead of route.

Sarry instead of sorry

And, the perverbial nails on the chalk board....

Toe-Ron-Toe instead of Tarranah :D

I truly despise "Eh!"

"Yea, eh?!" or "It's cold, eh?!"

LOL I mean WTF is this word supposed to mean! And it's true, I've only heard it said in Canada...

Ahh, but do you know the plural of "Y'all"?

I learned this from somebody from Arkansas, so he surely must know.

"The road to hell is paved with good intention"

Said only by people with bad intentions to bring people with good intentions down to their level. I do not care if everything turns to sh*t, if you intentions were good then it is ok.
