Sorry this happened to you. However, I don't think you should post his pictures/videos on a public forum like this. What he did was wrong but putting his details is detrimental and creates an unsafe space for future customers.

Some days back a poster uploaded pictures of an SP that he felt scammed him and the pictures were rightfully removed. I think the same should be done here.

Post his number and shares the pictures privately with other SPs but not here.
Nah fuck that. If he is stealing make him regret it

First, sorry this has happened to you @Krystal.babydoll.

Second, No. She has zero easy or legit legal means to recover her money or any means to bring him to justice. Guys like him depend on that. They depend on SPs not wanting to out themselves. Her response is perfectly legit.

IF YOU FUCK AROUND and punch down, there are consequences. This is NOT creating an unsafe space for future customers. You have an obvious ulterior motive for stating this. It's creating an unsafe space for future BAD customers who steal.

Now, the important part, who has run an image match to give Krystal his address?

Why can’t this be posted here? This guy clearly deceived her. She wouldn’t post something like this for no reason. If they had sex and he didn’t pay her, is that really being a man?

Do you know this guy? Are you defending him because you know him?

If he’s willing to deceive a girl like that, what’s wrong with her posting about it? Seriously, why not?

I mean, it could turn pretty ugly if a person came on here pretending to be an SP and posted pictures of someone in an attempt to humiliate or blackmail them. The operators of the forum could face ruinous civil penalties if a person in that position chose to sue them for libel damages over allowing that content to remain up, especially if the person was a public figure and mainstream media became involved.

We all know Krystal and that she wouldn't lie about something like this, so our inclination is to let it slide. But I think as a policy it would be pretty unwise if TERB or any other semi-public forum on the internet allowed someone to semi-anonymously post a name and face pictures and accuse the person of being a john and a thief.

Nobody said this was a blanket expectation given to all other SPs she has built a good reputation and obviously wouldn't do this for no reason regardless I think the truth should be a higher priority then the privacy of shit bags

It's a .cc domain, they are not worried about local lawsuits given it's based out of Keeling islands.

The DNS records go straight to cloudflare, a US-based company which can trivially be subpoenaed for who is the actual person paying the bills.

Anyway, none of us forum participants have a dog in this fight, it's not us who would go down with the ship if there was some larger problem like this. I have just as much of a justice boner for Krystal getting some her own back here, but I also wouldn't be surprised if an admin steps in at some point and locks or deletes the thread.

I understand the legal concerns, but I also believe the forum should protect women and not simply let them be mistreated. If a man has sex with a woman and then refuses to pay her, that’s completely unacceptable. I don’t think something like that should just be ignored.

That’s a different situation. In this case, based on the facts, there was a reason for her to make the post. I don’t think she did anything wrong. I don’t think we should just let a man treat a woman badly and then act like nothing happened. I believe it was right for her to speak up and post about it. Hopefully, this will also discourage other customers from thinking they can mistreat women without any consequences.

I feel really bad that she had to go through that experience. The dudes an asshole and hopefully the word gets around to other SP's and he gets banned.
On a side note, Krystal, if you are reading this, I have been texting you for months now and still haven't gotten a response from you. You were probably in the top 3 of my all time experiences. Im dying to see your tiny tiny lil body again. If you DM me it would be much appreciated. Ty.

Honestly there as a Canadian born Indian I would recommend that krystal should avoid born in India Indians I've been there with my sister and it was a horrible time i saw the first hand why the rate of assault so high there and my father didn't realize how bad it was until my sister was there. culturally there are alot of men that don't respect women especially from other groups and I didn't even fully accept until recently when I got into Indian movies and saw just how many messed up ones there are. Not everyone is like this but the immigration standards were lowered and aren't good enough and I'm seeing this first hand leading to stereotypes affecting me

It's like saying Canadian born Indian are not dick either. Dude, most men are shit, including people from all over the races; that doesn't mean you justify that only Canadian-born Indians are good. I have seen example for Canadian born Indians and Pakistanis who still treat people as shit and think they're better than others. Yes, I agree that new immigrants are somewhat the problem over here, but you just can't throw an entire race in one section and pretend that we are the good ones.
but black guys it's different dude shut up some trends are noticeable regardless of how sensitive you are and to be blunt not all cultures are equal the rate of sexual assault is very high there for a reason plus I've heard the things they say about Canadian women when they think nobody around them can understand them...

me and my friends here were raised to fight to protect women a lot of them were raised watching movies where r@pe is some quirky aspect of a romantic comedy... I don't take criticizing my culture lightly just some things I can't look past my sister told me she was sexually assaulted five times in her life three times were on a trip to India that lasted a week...

Frankly krystal is a nice girl and I care more about her safety rather than caring about if I have access to her body...

No, you definitely do actually care about yourself rather than her. I am not sensitive towards my race, and yes, I agree that most immigrants are crap, but that does not give you the right to be racist towards others. Also, I always mention my race and do ask SPs whether they're comfortable or not because I know how crap men can be. So instead of "saving" yourself by saying that hey! I am not like that try to see it from a different perspective.
It's not racist to simply acknowledge a trend as I pointed out how is it any different than the standards of not working with black men that is common in this community because of trying to avoid situations like this... Proven by my own race I'm talking about culture and not race itself which is the bigger aspect that matters... And nail on the head it seems like I'm talking to a fellow Indian man who cares more about access to her body...

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that a culture that thinks rape is a playful aspect of romantic comedies might not treat women as well as other groups

Bro talking about culture in the pretext of throwing your racist remarks towards other communities? Also, have you seen the profile of the guy she posted about? He's definitely Asian, but he is Canadian. And I am okay if, in the future, Krystal or some other SPs don't allow Indians or include us in the ban list. I would definitely understand her preferences and likes. I really don't mind. So yeah, go ahead with your crappy comments. Not going to indulge more on this one.
Semantic semantics tell me how this is any different than how black people are judged and for any different reasons... Safety first cope harder stop using yourself as the example

Also what the hell are you talking about that's one most Indian dude I've ever seen are you like using technicalities because all Indians are Asian 🤣 dude's obviously closer to Indian or middle Eastern than Chinese shut up dude you're just proving to me that being honest isn't really your thing

You can check his LinkedIn profile for sure. You be the judge of this one.
Yes or you can look at his very not East Asian face and his name that is very common in India... Not to mention I found five people in Canada with the same name who all speak Hindi and I found nothing on his LinkedIn saying that he isn't

Why are you deflecting and acting like this guy could be Chinese 🤣

I never said he is Chinese; all I said is that he is Canadian-born South Asian that includes Canadian born Indian and Pakistanis. As I said, be the judge of this one. Ain't gonna entertain on this one.
Yeah that's my point I said you were acting like it not that you literally said it... claiming he's Asian to disregard how he is most likely Indian or middle eastern is inherently dishonest... Fact is we're looking at a man who looks very stereotypically Indian with a common name in India and you're using semantics to miss my point... Also you still haven't answered how it's okay to judge and acknowledge the problems with one group but not this one because it affects you...

That is awful, sorry this has happened to you.

IMO, this is not just a scam, it is r**e.

By not paying, he has invalidated the consent given to exchange services for a fee.
Without the $$$, consent would not have been given in this situation, therefore it is a form of r**e.

1. No difference between name/number and pictures in this day and age. It just makes it easier, not impossible. Besides, your main point was, " creates an unsafe space for future customers. " not pictures versus details.

2. SPs already post their pictures, are stalked constantly, outed to their friends & family, and deal with clients who breach their boundaries every day. Many work very hard to maintain what minimum privacy they already have. In addition, they have to put up with reviews that hack apart their looks, their job, and their efforts by men with questionable motivations. Never mind pimps always circling to "help" them with their business. What you're describing is a "Saturday" for them.

If it helps, here's a quote from Reddit on how it's like to work in a parlour. You really think many have feelings of sympathy for us if we mess with them? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
find parlor work to be more accommodating for seasoned workers. Are you ready to fuck 7 guys back to back ? Are you ready to fight all night about your boundaries? Have clients run without paying ? Get into physical altercation with clients? Have clients try to take pictures of you in presentations? Have groups of guys just come in to insult and assault you? Fight with other girls? Be around drugs 24/7? Get stalked when you come in or out of the spa? Deal with the staff? Have the owners try to drug you and rape you? Have your money stolen by another girl (classic one)?
https://www.reddit.com/r/SexWorkers/comments/1vh3g8m

Besides, guys here already try to 'out' SPs with all the information they have. There are numerous reviews of "I've been ripped off". Those posts get deleted and this thread/pictures will soon be deleted when the MOD gets around to it. So, equality.

I really don't get how you don't know all of this. What world do you live in that you think you have a valid 2nd point?

Moreover, you've missed her other real point. It was also a warning to anyone on TERB not to steal from her (or any other MP/SP).
