Can anyone tell me how to activate sca bouth from states via e bay,rogers would not put in service,it is 160 gb pvr same as rogers sells,or rents.Kinda ironic that same model same make and they would not activate it.Any one knows ways aroun it.Thank you in advance.

No way around it for you...a box from the USA will not register here.

In simple terms, SA licenses each box to a specific cable company. If the license is not present on the cable company's server, it will not register the box for use when you plug it in.
