It seems to me acceptance of your desires and acting them out in a safe environment seems like a reasonable idea.

If you are female go to swinger clubs, work at MP, go to male strip shows

I especially like the idea of a swingers club where you desires are accepted

Psychologists will give you drugs and talk therapy support groups, acting out your desires is socially taboo so psychologists will not consider anything that is socially taboo - they might lose their rep and job IMHO
