I haven't worked since Friday so this review must be from last week. I had 2 people who somehow thought me stating an available time was a confirmed appointment, and at least one of them drove an hour or close to it with no confirmed appt, both without even recieving my address or a - see you soon! I book up quickly, and could be texting 3 people the exact same availability. Until I text some variation of my exact location, the time and the manner in which I would like you to proceed upon arrival at that location, it is not a booked appointment. I have never experienced this before last week so I can't believe I am doing this all wrong.

I am sorry to those inconvenienced, but, if I call and ask for my hairdressers availability, they say 6, and I say - ok...this is not an appointment booked. It is simple enough to get a firmly booked schedule full of regulars off track, if everyone who texted for availability showed up in my general area at that time, there would be a 9-5 roadblock outside my hotel. I would like to make it right regardless, as customer satisfaction is a pretty big deal to me and whether it is spare time or time you had to take off work, I wouldn't like to waste mine and don't like the thought you were inconvenienced by a misunderstanding.
