Take them and hold them both to the law.
Honour the 62 UN resolutions Israel is ignoring.

Do you think cherry picking the sentences that deal with Hamas on reports that call out both sides you are making yourself and Israel look better?

But after spending your time endlessly claiming that the UN, ICC etc. demands that Hamas release their hostages were really demanding Israel release hostages, you've got nothing left when exposed to reality.

UN - Hamas must release immediately and unconditionally release their hostages
ICC - Hamas must release immediately and unconditionally release their hostages
ICJ - Hamas must release immediately and unconditionally release their hostages
HRW - Hamas must release immediately and unconditionally release their hostages
Amnesty - Hamas must release immediately and unconditionally release their hostages

On the other hand:
Franky - Hamas doesn't have to because there's no ceasefire yet.
