Slurp, I am not spinning anything here.. This is our M.O. and has been and always will be. It has nothing to do with with L.E. really.. It has to do with keeping really good SP's around that would otherwise not work with an agency and would not do well as an Indy. Its a good place for these ladies. I dont understand what is so complicated about this that some ppl cant get their heads around.. We are agents, hence the agency title.. Not employers... Somehow I think the fact that we are quite busy and it really hasnt ever let up proves that our business model is a good one.
