I wish it would be more like Canada, were you have real choices.
Martin, Harper and Layton.
All things considered...don't know that that choice was much better.

One really wonders if the US election is an actual choice of presidents or simply figureheads...
..Bush is as much President as he was owner of the Texas Rangers, he owned 5 %, he was and is a figurehead.

Well Martin and Layton anyways.

You mean there was a choice between those two?

The real choice, though some were to chicken to make it, would have been Harper...admittedly that fear was a well planned campaign by the Liberals. With the coming $7 billion surplus the Liberals announced today, Harper's figures he was touting prior to election time suddenly add up. Funny how, when the campaign was on, the Liberals were the first in line to ask where the money he wanted to spend would come from when they all knew this surplus was coming...in fact, they're already predicting to be over the $4 billion they were expecting next year, talking in double digits, actually.

If you would like to better understand sercret societies you will want to read the following authors novels:

The answers have always been there, Dan Brown opens the third eye to the possibilities that exist.

No what I meant was that Harper was no choice at all - in any circumstance. Put a real conservative there and not some socialist nazi and I might think about the Tories.

Me thinks you took the Liberal rhetoric as gospel...but a lot did. I don't agree with this particular point of view, but we're all entitled.

Brown only takes other peoples conspiracy theories and builds a flimsy adventure story around it. IF you really are interrested, read some of the sources he used. I found "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" far more interresting thean that "code" book.

As for the Nazis, claiming to be socialist/workers party while at the same time being rabidly anti-communist must have made for some interresting caucus meetings. My readings seem to show them as nationalist and totalitarian rather than socialist.

Brown is certainly getting a lot of press on DaVinci Codes...aparently the Christians aren't taking it too well...sounds like he hit a nerve, but I'm still 500th on my library waiting list until I read it.

Agreed! I was offerring a Conspiracy 101 book as an introduction. There are thousands of books out there, some so far over the top that people would lose interest quite early in their quest for knowledge.

You could spend the rest of your natural days here on earth tryng to read everything written on these 'Theories" ;)
