Don't know whether someone already posted this; but, a stuntman in England last weekend jumped out of a plane and took what looked like a kind of magic carpet ride onto a runway of 18,000 cardboard boxes a mile away.

Brings to mind a famous jump off the Eiffel Tower a hundred years ago by the inventor Franz Reichelt who invented a kind of 'parachute suit'.
Guess his physics calculations were off a bit because he hit the groud with a heavy thud and was killed instantly when he personally attempted to prove the usefulness of his invention.
Should have maybe placed 2,000 cardboard boxes on his landing spot.
