Re: three types of jumps
I tried accelerated freefall on my first jump from 8000 feet. I loved it. You are hanging of a ledge outside the plane and you give the nod for the go ahead and you jump back.
Static line sucks because you don't get to experience acceleration for very long. Ditto for tandem; who wants a goon on your back? Plus, you want to land it yourself.

Terminal velocity is 120 miles an hour for a single jumper and two jumpers would fall faster(heavier the weight faster you fall) and you only have 60 seconds of freefall time before you have to open.
Not true. How fast you fall is a combination of weight to surface area. Terminal velocity can be much faster than 120 mph for a single jumper depending on your position and skill. Some can fall at over 200 mph (head down position). You can NOT fall faster with more jumpers, and in fact it is the opposite b/c of the increased surface area.
