How do I know? Not not from personal experience, just from a quick search right here on this board (the little box in the grey bar, upper right on this page) which brought up THIS LIST of results, including THIS THREAD which discusses the lady in question.

Clearly the search function is not infallible. Nor did Google bring up the thread you've provided. But clearly the BackPage ad is the same as the one the OP is inquiring about, even though that review thread dates back to before Christmas.

Still looks like the OP would be wise to avoid.
