Has anyone tried this beer?

Had one today on a patio and found it very easy drinking and refreshing.

I think I found my beer for this summer!

Sleeman

I love Sleeman, mainly because they have a low-carb option, Sleeman Clear - It is crap compared to most 'regular' beers, but at 2.5 grams per bottle, it's something I can drink a couple of and not fall off the wagon.

Yeah, I know, Low-carb dieting is going to kill me - tell that to my waistline

Tried Sleeman Original Draft and I agree that it is a great tasting product however IMO I still prefer the original Miller Genuine Draft.

Canadian beers. Yuck. Except for Quebec beers. But is Quebec still part of Canada?

For a very light tasting summer beer, I've discovered "Robert Simpson", a little brewery from Barrie that makes a very nice brew for the summer months.

Top Jimmy says "Give it a try".

Even better, I was recently at a bar that was doing a Sleeman Original Draught promotion and a cute little blonde walked up and gave me a free beer. Talk about quenching one thirst and triggering another.

Can't say I've tried many of the beers mentioned in this thread, but I've enjoyed Sleeman's Honey Brown for years. That said, I enjoy most of the beer brewed by the smaller breweries. St. Ambroise from Quebec is very nice too. I generally stay away from Molson, Labatts, Miller, Bud or anything else that is mass produced.
