Well, it's classic, you have to admit.blackdog said:James Tiberious Kirk, you both disturb and fascinate me with your cavilier use of the ZARDOZ image. Explain.

The sight of Sean Connery running around in red diapers and suspenders with hooker boots. Gotta love it. I remember the movie from when I was kid getting all thrilled seeing Charlotte Rampling with no top on. Not to mention all the other nice titties running around in that movie.
Some classic lines in it too:
"The gun is good! The penis is evil! The penis shoots seeds, and makes new life, and poisons the earth with a plague of men, as once it was! But the gun shoots death, and purifies the earth of the filth of brutals. Go forth and kill!"
Directed by John Boorman (father of Charlie Boorman, who did the documentary "The long way Round" with his buddy Ewan McGregor where they road motorcycles from London to NYC, via Asia) who just before did Deliverance which left some its actors scarred for quite some time.
Zardoz was in some ways a classic movie, in some ways, it's just so out there.
The reason for the post was because there was a thread on TERB devoted to chest hair and some guy wrote that he was a balkan or something like that, then made some crack about smooth pink skinned Anglo Saxons. Since I am half Scottish with furry chest, my retort to him asked him to explain Sean Connery's furry chest.....
