Why not just bite the guy? It is to my understanding that teeth are much more stronger than nails. My aunt has fake teeth and they look ridiculous.
Why not have the guy pay for your manicure (via gift certificate / reimbursement) and charge him a discounted $whatever$ for the hour of fetish?
