All kidding aside, the way I understand the law it does apply to payment for sex within a relationship. It shows what cynical control freaks the Cons are. That being said the chances of being charged in this situation is pretty much zero.

If she doesn't pay tax on this income, you can rat her out on the Canada Revenue snitch line that was recently set up. You'll be eligible for a reward and if you're lucky she'll be locked up.
