Rural Quebec?

Been there, done that and am still doing it. No they don't laugh, and none of my clients has ever had his language rights infringed upon by a Quebec court.

OTOH, try having your proceedings conducted in French in BC and see how much success you have.

If i plead gulity and pay i lose 2 points as well which i want to avoid...If there was no points invovled i would certainly pay the ticket but its a different ballgame when there are points invovled...

You should have given him the secret get out of a ticket free pass phrase.

Va mange le merde, grand couchon!:D

You need a refresher course in French: wrong tense, wrong gender, wrong vocabulary. No French speaking person would understand what you are saying.

Lol

HAMSTER INSPECTOR might need a little refresher course in French but I think he could still get his message across loud and clear that way lol... Being French and from Montreal, I totally understood what he said.

You might want to reconsider your "magic free pass phrase" approach though! lol

I am so sick of these assholes in Quebec. I feel like I'm in another country when I'm there. They have there on rules, while the rest of Canada has to kiss there ass. When are we ever going to get a PM with balls tell those fuckers if you don't like it see yah F off.
Under the Charter Rights you have the right to a trial in your official Language. if not I'll ask for an ajournment and they can reschedule an date. I'll milk it forever.

If I loss I tell the court they got the last pennie from me, I'll drive out of my way and go through the US. I know they won't care I'll have my say.

That province is the biggest waste of tax payers money for years. The East Coast is almost self sufficient like Nfld. Ontario is the have not province what a laugh. The money we poor into that shit hole to keep them happy makes me sick. Then they get all the government jobs because you have to be bilingual. What a crock of shit.

and once again the myths about Quebec are coming through, yes you can get a trial in English in Quebec, yes you can find lawyers that speak perfect English in Quebec, I myself know quite a few, and no you will not be sentenced immediately and sent to Sagunay Lac St Jean to a labour camp

as for speaking French well duh its a historically French speaking province that has had to bend over backwards to protect one of the whinest and most annoying minority community in North America, aka the anglophones especially in Montreal, geez you listen to these people ya would think that they are the Palestinians or Tibetans, as for government jobs well if more anglos were actually bilingual then they would get the jobs, here is a hint stop your racist bitching against Quebec and tell your kid to pay attention in grade 9 French class, and dont tell me to get lost when I call you up and tell you that your kid is acting up in French class with a response like tell me when he is causing trouble in math or English.

Btw

Because Quebec law entitles you to a bilingual trial, request all your documents in english and request a translator at your trial. If you did not get all your documents, ask for the trial to be posponed till you do. They will most likely drop the case.
