I don't want to turn this into a race thing to much, but did anyone else see the show last night on A&E called sports wives?
The programed followed a week in the life of a few sports wives Richard Petty's, Roger Clemon's, Brett Farve's and I guess to balance out so much whiteness, they had an afro- american wife as the final episode, Darryl Strawberry's wife, in which they kept talking about Darryls run ins with the law, his drug abuse etc... I guess my beef is with all the wonderful black athletes there are in the states why choose to follow the life of a former troubled black athletes wife...was Steve Howe's wife busy?

Roger Clemons' son is so stupid that he parked his orange and white (he's going to Texas University next year and that's their colours I guess) Hummer in the school parking lot last and left the keys in the car. Strangely enough, it was stolen and trashed.

The Hummer, was in fine condition when it was found, was stolen from the Memorial High School around 8:30 a.m.

Brawner said Clemens, who was at spring training with the Houston Astros in Florida, had offered a $10,000 reward for the vehicle's safe return and information about who took it. The Hummer contained all of Koby Clemens' baseball equipment for the high school team.

It wasn't immediately clear if the tipster would receive the reward.

Roger Clemens couldn't be reached for comment by The Associated Press on Wednesday.

He began letting Koby Clemens drive the orange Hummer to school after he signed a letter of intent last November to play baseball for the University of Texas, whose colors are burnt orange and white. Before that, Koby drove a black Hummer to school

I didn't see the show but I love it when they show the players' wives in the stands .... you can tell which ones married their high scholl sweethearts vs the ones who got married after they made it big !!
