Most reviews would start " he was fat, smelly, and hairy, and I had to pretend I enjoyed him.
Sounds like the wives are writing the reviews

Well if you see any reviews starting this way, you've been busted.
I expect you might see reviews like: The longest 90 seconds ever spent.............

that's why i said earlier it would be completely anonymous, no names or dates given. i thought it might really spice up the review boards. we won't know who the sp's are or who they are talking about. alot of these threads are regurgitated and moved back to the top too many times. if this client review thread wasn't working it could always be stopped. it's not like guys are going to stop seeing sp's, we're not wired that way.

I guess i understand now but there's just too many guys on these threads, it's like a sausage party, when i log on i don't want to read about some guy suing future shop, who the fuck cares. why doesn't he open a sfsrb (suing future shop review board). at least i'm on topic, i'll watch the news to find out about global warming and gas shortages. i thought there would be more input from the sp's.
That is why it is called THE Lounge.

If it was a viable and financially prudent idea for anonymous SPs to review anonymous clients in a forum accessible to other clients, it would have been done. It isn't.

There are any number of paranoid asswads who would spend every waking second of their day trying to unmask said 'anonymous' SP, convinced bad reviews were really about them, and these fellows will also defend themselves by publicly posting a negative review about who they think the SP is in response to what criticism they think is addressed to them despite never having even met the SP. Good times sure to be had by all.

Others will take offense at any SP saying negative things, particularly the personal details, about any client, and will post completely false negative reviews attacking by working name whoever they think is the 'anonymous' SP, again despite never having even met the SP. "Bros Before Hos" is a fucking mantra for those boys, and they take it extremely seriously.

In order to maintain anonymity, SPs would have to either create and retire numerous board handles or have multiple handles, neither of which is practical for either SP or board administration.

Many, many, many lurkers will avoid seeing SPS at all if they are insecure about their looks, manners, or sexual performance if they feel all will be revealed as entertainment. And that's my biggest point; anonymously reviewing an anonymous client is of no use to anyone aside from the entertainment value you appear to crave.

Let's spell it out;

SP X says Client Q is a fat smelly bastard with skidmarks and halitosis.

So what? I can't ask SP X who to avoid because I don't know who SP X is. I can't avoid Client Q, because, again, I don't know who he is.

SP X now has 11 twitchy fat guys fuming, determined to unmask her, and 47 lurkers unbookmark TERB.

guy27 goes "Ha ha! SPs have fat smelly bastard clients with halitosis! My knees now tire from the slapping, and I shall sleep knowing the truth has at last been revealed to an unsuspecting world!

Is it a little easier to understand why, in a business completely based on discretion that a self-confessed new guy wanting to be entertained at the board's expense under the wildly transparent guise of including more women is going to be treated with even less respect than he's given us?

Wake up, dude. The reason there are so few women on this board has everything to do with driveby pikers remarkably similar to yourself than it has to do with actual real live clients and potential clients on this board. People have been awfully patient with you on this thread so far...I suggest you respect that.

Just a suggestion : If you are really keen on being reviewed and have the balls to take it on the face, ask your SP directly for a 360 deg feedback.
I have done that a couple of times and received some pointers which were helpful. For example, I was really keen on knowing whether my DATY was effective or was it sand paper.

femme fatale: i was looking at it from the male perspective, if i was taking money for sex from a woman that utterly disgusted me and she posted a review how lousy i was, i would have to give my side. i'm learning that's not part of this business, take your lumps and move on i guess. on alot of these bad reviews i'm sure the clients are half to blame. i've read bad reviews where the sp has come back and vigourously defended herself to defend her reputation, and in the same thread 10 guys will say their not going to see that sp because of that review. i've beat this thread to death, have you ever considered anger management?

Yeah like they have time to do, or care about, that. Some popular SP's see 10-12 clients a day. They are busy and I wouldn't think care once they leave with the scratch.

Nope. I find doofus management opportunities like these threads pretty much defuse any need for it. But thanks for asking. :)

In the interest of helping a newbie resolve his complaint with the male/female ratio in our little community, might I suggest this alternative site that is roughly 90% female:

http://www.knittingforums.com/

Just a word of advice, "pearl" has a completely different meaning there.

Bwahaaaaa!!!!

Here's a little project to get you started...

Ribbed Hat

Materials Required: 2 skeins Yarn 100% Wool; 1 pair needles size 1.

Cast on 65 sts

Row 1 * K2, P2 *, repeat from * to * to last stitch, K1 Repeat this row until the work measures 8" or desired length.

Shape For Crown:

Row Row 1 K2, P2, 'K2 tog, P2*, repeat from * to * to last stitch, K1

Row 2 *K2 tog, P1 *, repeat from * to * to last 2 sts, P1, K1

Row 3 P1, K1 across the row

Repeat row 3 twice more

Next Row K2 tog across the row

Next Row Purl

Next Row K2 tog across the row. Cut the yarn leaving an 18" end. Thread this yarn through the stitches remaining on the needle and draw up tight. Sew the side seam. Fold back the cuff to the desired depth. Make a pom-pom from the remaining yarn and sew to the top of the crown.

Chicks dig the pom-pom...

Sorry but...what's the point?

If it is anonymous that defeats the purpose of it being useful. Now it might be funny and interesting to read- I can see that. However it would not be of any use to SPs when screening clients (unless details were provided in private).

To your credit I have read some of the responses in this thread, and must say people are taking this too seriously, after all you did mention anonymous. Client (and SP) matters are confidential.
Not only is she Korean, she's also smart. ;)
I agree with you on this 100%!

Forget that. Next time you book a session, ask the SP to bring along a professional judging panel to the event. That way you can get a scorecard specifying where you lost points, even if the Greek judge is a little tight with the scores.

On the bad side, it would leave yet another thing that the SO might find.

I on the other hand, just do not understand how it would be useful to review clients anonymously . . . although it would be funny to read and i am sure some of you would like my style!

Which reminds me, I have been meaning to hire a male escort.

I think all he wants to do is see you girls talk (write) erotic or "dirty" things.
I'd go with that!:)
